A bridge will be built across the Skalba River on the M-8 Kholmogory highway in the Moscow region

In the Pushkin District, as part of the reconstruction phase of Yaroslavskoye Highway from 35 to 47 km, a bridge is being built over the Skalba River. The old bridge, built in the 1970s, was eliminated because it no longer meets the standards. This is reported by the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Moscow Region with reference to the Federal State Budgetary Institution Centravtomagistral.

Workers are installing supports and beams for the superstructures of the new bridge. Its length will exceed 70 m, it will provide movement along four lanes of the main course in each direction with the separation of oncoming traffic. Two temporary structures and bypass roads have been constructed on the federal highway section for the duration of the work.

The work is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. At the same time, the first stage of reconstruction of the Yaroslavskoye Highway section will take place until the end of 2027. It is conducted within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".
