The Ministry of Transport will appoint GosLog as the operator of the national digital transport and logistics platform
One of the decisions taken at the Government meeting on August 19, 2025 was the decision to amend the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 07/30/2004 No. 395, according to which the Ministry of Transport will be authorized to develop state policy and regulatory regulation in the field of freight forwarding and designated as the operator of the national GosLog, a digital transport and logistics platform of the Russian Federation.
A draft resolution has been adopted on this issue.
