By the end of 2030, the Federal Road Agency plans to build more than 30 bypasses of settlements. This was announced on Tuesday, April 1, according to the press service of Rosavtodor.

According to the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin, at least 50 automobile bypasses should be built in the country by the end of 2030. At the moment, Rosavtodor is focused on further large-scale work on the construction of city bypasses within the framework of the new goal set by the country's leadership for the next six years. We will try to achieve it even earlier than planned, if possible," Roman Novikov emphasized.

Construction of the Southern Bypass of Ryazan will begin: the length of the new section of the M-5 Ural will be 26.5 km. It will start at the 190th km of the M-5 road, circumnavigate Ryazan from the south and enter the existing highway in the area of the 210th km. They intend to put the finished facility into operation in 2028.

Currently, projects in the Penza and Volgograd regions are in the final stages: in 2025, traffic will open along the Spasskaya bypass along the first stage of the Volgograd bypass.

As part of the six-year road plan until 2030, Rosavtodor specialists also plan to start building bypasses of cities and large settlements, including in the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic, the Republic of Crimea and the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
